Britsh Columbia is the westernmost province of Canada, situated between the Pacific Ocean and the Rocky Mountains. Part 1 of our journey takes us from the Alberta border to the Kootenay region, where we spend five relaxing days on the beach, Untill lightning sparked a bushfire and we had to leave.
